No. iPhone 7 does not have that capability.

There are cases that can do wireless charging or you can upgrade to a newer phone.

You would need a wireless charging dongle to accomplish this, but using a dongle would sort of defeat the purpose of wireless.

My auto repair shop has wireless charging pads in its service waiting room, along with Lightning, USB-C, USB mini, USB micro, and a couple of other less popular wireless-to-wired dongles for us to use. I have never bothered to use one.
