Watch won't unlock Mac

I recently had a software update on my Apple watch to watchOS 5.3 and now it won't unlock my Mac. Any fixes?

Reset your Watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both. IF that doesn't fix it try following this....https://www.imore.com/auto-unlock
