Regarding a transaction

Hi. I got a call from my bank saying that there was a transaction performed to iTunes for 59$. But I haven’t subscribed for any service of iTunes and I haven’t provided my bank details to iTunes. How come a transaction was performed? Can I know the reason? And if I have subscribed for iTunes please remove it. Hoping for a reply. You could send me a mail regarding this to shiranjoseph@yahoo.com or call me on 0094769915777

Click here for information. If the article doesn't cover it, use the links in section 6.

To ask for a refund, use this form to contact the iTunes Store staff, or if you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it.

If the transaction appears in your bank's statement but not in the iTunes Store records, your card may be compromised.

If the transaction doesn't appear in either of them, the call may be fake.

Hi. Since there was not enough funds in my bank account the transaction was not performed. But I have a doubt that when I refund my bank account this amount of 59$ will be taken by iTunes. I need to cancel this, because I haven't used any services offered by iTunes up to now.

Refer the image below. I need to know what should I do next to avoid the billing if I refund my bank account again?

Hi. I found out my problem. I cancelled the subscription for this particular application. But I have a problem. How come the iTune store know my bank details? I haven't provided them for the iTune store. From where did it access my debit card number and try to perform the transaction. I need this issue to be clarified. I see my data is not protected here. Please reply or send me a mail regarding this.

Hoping for a response as soon as possible.
