Hi,
I recently purchased an iphone xs max and I am experiencing the issue where I have a prompt to finish setting up my iphone, i click into it, enter my apple id and pw and then my phone spins endlessly on "signing in to icloud".
I saw this exact problem posted about already and someone said it is prompting two factor authentication set up but that is already setup. Any help would be appreciated

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Hi! I've tried on multiple wifi's.
I've reset my network settings and attempted to do a factory reset with no luck. I've reached out to the provider that I have purchased the phone from and they are going to replace it.
Hopefully, the replacement will work properly.
