Airpods not working

I got my brand new airpods (1st generation) yesterday and they worked just fine - now, none of the apple support pages seem to explain why they’re not working. I’ve reset them and they say they’re connected, but I don’t get any sound at all.

Hello,


1) Try a full reset: Reset your AirPods


2) If no sound, try this:


1) Open the Control Center

2) 3D press (or long press) on the music controls

3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)

4) Select AirPods
