On my iPhone SE 12.3.1 when I touch the status bar icons they popup enlarged below (ie if I touch the time I get a bigger time in the middle of the screen). My wife has the same iPhone and iOS, but this doesn't happen on her iPhone. I can't find where this is set on my phone to have the same function on her phone. Any ideas?

That doesn't seem to be the setting since it is off on both phones. I have tried to get the settings in Accessibility the same in both phones synced, since that seemed to be where this would be set, but I may have missed something.
Any other ideas?

Try
Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom
It shows solved, but this isn't yet.
