do I need Adobe Flash Player

I completely removed Adobe Flash Player from my Macs and have not regretted it since. Adobe is about to retire Flash, and many websites have been redone to use HTML5 instead of Flash.

Uninstall Flash Player fro MacOS. (Official Adobe link).

Flash is being discontinued by Adobe, in the near future. Too many zero day exploited bugs.

Today most most people do not need flash.

If you are using a website that has not changed to another way of providing content, the be very careful to ONLY get flash updates directly from adobe. And either fine a different website, or hope the website inverts Real Soon Now, or be prepared for the day flash no longer is supported by adobe.

I haven't needed it in years... also avoid pop-ups telling you that you need to update your Flash Player, it's malware... also Adobe is dropping Flash Player by 2020.
