When trying to add a web page icon to my home screen, the "Add to Home Screen" button is not appearing on my iPhone XR. How do I fix that?

hi - yes I hit the Share/Action icon and did swipe right and it does not show as an option. I previously had iPhone 7 and it was easy to add to Home screen, but for some reason it is not showing as an option. Even when I hit the More icon, it does not list it.
Did you try force closing Safari and restarting your phone?
When you tap on the Share/Action icon at the bottom of the screen, did you try swiping from right to left to see if it appears further to the right?
It should be on second raw (try to slide it to the left), or it could be added tapping on the 3 points, at right end of the second raw.
