I have a debit card linked to my wallet and it won’t let me do instant transfer. Keeps telling to add a card but when i try it says it’s already in my wallett

Instant transfer requires a Visa debit but regular transfer does not. This link explains - Transfer money from Apple Cash to your Visa debit card or bank account - Apple Support
