Subscription renewal

How do I renew my magicapp subscription through my iPhone. I can’t seem to re subscriber again.

I think you are correct. I’m unable to make a purchase. I downloaded the app however it’s restricting me from making or receiving calls or sending messages because I initially did not renew the yearly $9.99 subscription. The billing info says iTunes but iTunes does not allow for me to pay through it unless I’m purchasing music or video etc.

I apologize if this is confusing.

There’s no error on screen. The app downloads and opens fine except I cannot use it unless I pay the subscription fee which I’m attempting to do but can’t figure it out.

any advise would be helpful.
