I commonly use Siri to request music in my car through Bluetooth. Asked Siri to play a song just a few minutes ago. Siri responded, “ What is your mother’s name?”, which it had never done before. My immediate though was perhaps I was being asked to confirm my Apple ID, so I answered with her name. After a moment, however, I recognized this as unlikely. Now I wonder if somehow my phone or account has been hacked. Should I be worried?

Siri might have misheard you, and thought you asked to call your mother.
You can check your own contact info in the Contacts app,
If your mother name is under Related section.
Can you post exactly what you said to Siri? As Lawrence said, it is very probable that Siri misunderstood your request.

Doesn't sound like call my mother, but I think best explanation is that Siri misheard me.
