How should I make the layouts to all videos except in separate layouts like all clips?

When you select Years>All Years the clips will be separated by years. If you just select Years, they will be displayed without separation into individual years.

It's about my videos in the Photos section on iMovie. It separated like 2017, 2018, and 2019 (as shown on the screenshot)
