URL bar does not shrink when scrolling some pages using Safari iOS

Other pages I go to will disappear the bottom bar that as the back button, share icon, etc. when I scroll. The address bar also shrinks to give as much screen space as possible. Except this doesn't happen on my own webpage that I'm building.

Any ideas why?

Safari pages move side to side when scrolling up or down Hello, when I scroll up and down in safari on some sites the pages move side to side partially off screen. It doesn’t happen on all websites. The page will move side to side when scrolling up and down so I have to constantly pull it back to center with my finger. Seems to have started around 6 months ago when I updated to version 15, I currently have 15.5 One site this happens on is talkbass.com. I’ve seen it on some other sites too. It’s only happening in safari Is there a setting that will stop this?
