Good, am pleased you were not responding to me as I have not whined whinged or complained as mine is working very well with no proximity issues. Though can understand those that are wishing to discuss it though I agree they would be well served to go to an apple store and compare their phones performance with a member of staff.

No. What you mean is he's not an idiot and he's figured out how to use his phone in a manner that makes it a non-issue. His phone use and ability to adapt to his environment have evolved to a point where he can join the overwhelming majority of users for which this is not an issue or a concern.
Just because you and others cannot yet figure this one out, and just because Apple are gount to add a 'help me to use my phone' button into the next software release, does not negate the fact that you are in the overwhelming minority of people who are experiencing any real issue with this product.
You are in the minority by a staggering amount. Get a life and stop whinging and whining about it. Woe is you. Help me, I'm a defenseless little person and big bad Apple are hurtng me. Or is that someone else's broken record?

If you would like I can put you serial number in our developer program and you can try 4.1 Beta. Another crap. Nothing is changed.

Why do you have to be so ill mannered? It only displays that someone did a poor job raising you. I have said I believe those who express they have a proximity sensor issue and have sympathy with them, I don't call them liars and behave rudely toward them, nor have I said my phone is different to anyone elses phone. I have said I hold my phone to my ear and have not had any issue. I have made plenty of calls for periods between a minute and thirty minutes. I won't be drawn into a childish name calling argument, I expect you'd win on experience.

Who are you?
1) You are combative in your insistence that all IP4s have the problem, even in the face of user reports that we don't have the problem (or that our problem was solved)...
2) You claim that you returned your phone a month ago, yet you're still here inciting complaints a month later
3) and now you claim you're in the Apple Developer program and have a copy of the 4.1 beta and are willing to give it to people - which would be illegal as i'm sure you are aware that the terms of the ADC program does not allow you to give out beta copies of apple's software...
And you make a lot of references to Class A lawsuits...
So come clean with us... who are you? a lawyer trolling for class action participants???
