So yesterday i lost my iPhone and it had my SIM card and had no passcode, i wake up this morning to find out that i cant get access to my icloud account because someone changed my password using my phone number. I tried to recover my password but whoever did this changed the trusted phone numbers and removed mine.
How can i get my icloud account back?

Yes i did
I couldn't, i followed all the steps but i end up not finding the get help button under talk to us and im not even from the US so I can't call them.
