A friend has an older Apple Watch 7000 series 38 mm but does not remember the model number. Much information is stamped on the watch but I can’t find the model number??

I know that but the watch is dead and want charge nor does she have the app still so any other places to look? I can’t believe apple stamped all this other info on the back but not the model number???
If you still have the packaging material it will be on that as well. Also, the Watch App is still on her iPhone as it is a native App. It may have gotten combined with other Apps. If she can't find it just have her go to the App Store on her iPhone and start to type in Watch App and it will show up. Don't try to replace the battery yourself.
On your iPhone Watch App, tap on General/About....scroll down, it has all the information. You can obtain all the info from the Watch as well by tapping on Settings/General/About.
Thanks i have review that too. I’ll just take the glass off to see which battery to order I guess this is ridiculous the model number is only found in an electronic format 😞
