Apple Card early access I just received the invite email on early access for Apple Card, so I tried applying for the Apple Card through my wallet app, and I am getting this page only... I don't even get the option to apply for Apple Card.

Apple card Received the invite for Apple Card preview, followed all steps included in email and don’t have the option to apply for the Apple Card. In the wallet, I hit the + sign as it states and nothing comes up. Any suggestions??
