My voicemail just stopped working. People say they have left messages, but my phone shows no messages.

i have already reset my phone also

Check with your carrier. Voicemail is a carrier function, and they are in charge of it. What happens if you tap on Voicemail on your phone?

Thank You, I will call them tomorrow. When I click on voicemail it says no new voicemail it doesn’t “say” anything 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sorry that was printed wrong. When I click on voicemail, there is no response. It doesn’t say anything.

Okay, talk to the carrier. They probably need to reset your voicemail.
