Incomplete Books

When purchasing “Teen Titans: Raven” the page count said it contained 168 pages. When downloaded and read through it only goes to page 145. Originally I thought it was just an abrupt cutoff from the author, but I looked at the book in stores and it actually contains the full 168 pages. The Apple Books is actually missing a few chapters. I’ve tried re-downloading the book on my iPad, iPhone, and MacBook. This hasn’t fixed the missing pages. I’m not entirely sure if this is the book itself or an error on my part, but any help would be appreciated. I can’t seem to find any articles or any others who are experiencing the same problem.
