Home screen icons
The “App Store” icon was accidentally deleted from my iPhone 6s Plus home screen. How can I get it back?

Nobody can delete the AppStore icon. Check better if it has been accidentally moved to a different screen page or "hidden" into a folder.
or
Check your restrictions in Setting>Screentime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Itunes&AppStore Purchases.. the first 3 options must be "Allowed".
