Hard restart didn't work - iPhone 8 plus

Any advice? My iPhone 8 plus completely shut down this morning and the hard restart didn't work. I have tried the volume up release, volume down release, side button hold down til apple appears. None of that worked.

Have noticed any major issues with my phone lately other than an occasional time it freezes. If I hit sleep then wake, it resolves the issue. But now this. Help! Thanks in advance...
