Do I have to verify my minor child’s identity for her to use Apple Pay? She has been using it for a while without being asked for her ss#, now suddenly she is.
Yes. To use regular Apple Pay you only have to be 13 and ID verification is not needed (Apple ID takes care of that) but to use Apple Cash the requirements are much stricter. You have to be 18.
