I have been getting hacked for about 3 months now

I have been getting hacked for about 3 months now. I’ve called everyone, been to Apple, AT&T, Best Buy Microsoft, the list goes on. I even changed the password on my router. Now it’s gotten to a point where I can’t send or receive emails. I was lucky enough to get in my computer (that’s been hacked as well) and there’s over 300 emails in there just from the last two days. Who is doing this? I’ve had geek squad out over 5 times but because the hacker is using my name and info it’s been difficult to catch him. I am open to any sort of suggestions because if I don’t get a job in the next week or so I will be homeless. I have an iPhone 6 (third phone I’ve had to get due to hacking) and two computers.

Unless your iPhone has been out of your possession and is jailbroken, it cannot be hacked. Mail issues can indicate that your mail account can be hacked, but that should be able to be dealt with your email provider. If you believe your Apple ID to be compromised, see this, If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support but the rest has nothing to do with Apple. The ability or should I say the inability to send or receive email has to do with the mail account and as I said, that can be hacked, but not with the iPhone.
