Got a cloud that my I cloud is breached is that true.

That is a scam. Apple does not make unsolicited phone calls. Also see: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

Apple certainly would not place such a call.

They have a web site for that.
