Walkie Talkie

Everyone you want to Walkie-Talkie with needs:

• Have iPhone iOS 12.4 installed
• Have Apple Watch watchOS 5.3 installed
• iPhone FaceTime logged into their Apple ID
  • Each user can make FaceTime connections to the people they wish to Walkie-Talkie to (this is a test that it works, as Walkie-Talkie is just a "Push-to-Talk" Facetime audio call)
• Power Cycle the iPhone after update to 12.4 (this may be superstition)
• Power Cycle the Apple Watch after update to 5.3 (this may just be superstition)
• Make sure your iPhone Contacts entry for the other person(s) has their iPhone number in your Contacts tagged with "iPhone" and not "Mobile", nor "Home", etc...
• Make sure you are not in a country where FaceTime is prohibited, and that the person you are trying to Walkie-Talkie to is not in a country where FaceTime is pohibited.

All of your contacts need to have their iPhones and watches updated with the latest software and have FaceTime activated. You will also need to Power off the Phone and Watch ....then on again after the updates.

If your contacts have the latest updates and have done everything that I and BobHarris have suggested, try deleting one of the contacts, then placing the contact back and try connecting again.

If you cannot FaceTime, you have to solve that first.
