Not able to use memoji

i updated my iPhone 7 Plus to iOS 12 & still I am not able to use Memoji stickers why so???

No. This is not possible. Your friend might be using the beta of iOS 13.

They will become available with iOS 13 which is coming this Fall, in September.

No but my friend who has iPhone 7 he’s using Memoji stickers.., he updated it to iOS 12 & he’s able to use them & not only himmany of my friends are using except me wtfff is this !?
