I see that, whenever you take a screenshot of your MacBook Pro, it opens the Messages application. You'd like it to stop, and I'm glad to help.
How to take a screenshot on your Mac -- Make sure you're taking a screenshot correctly. Also check Apple Menu () > Keyboard > Shortcuts to see if you're using the keypresses to open Messages.

Thanks for your reply, the correct answer however, is to highlight the screenshot and get information. This will have options including unclicking messages.
An easy fix, but difficult to find.
