bluetooth: not available

Since I reboot my macbook something wrong happened with the bluetooth. It is not found as a hardware installed and the message "Bluethooth: not available" comes on. I have tried almost everything but nothing works. I am an Apple user since the early 2000 but troubles like this make me frustated. Does anyone can help me?
