How can I report an app for promoting illegally obtained/pirated content on the App Store?

Hi guys, it's 2019 and there's still no way to report an illegal iOS app on the App Store. Worse, it's even listed against the legal (free & paid) comic apps on a "curated" list. You wouldn't put a movie piracy app alongside Netflix, HBO, Hulu, etc. Why would you put it alongside big comics publishers like DC and Marvel?

There is no proper way to report it as the only form that you can fill out: https://www.apple.com/feedback/ only lets you give feedback through an iOS device under Feedback Type "Other", and that's not a proper way to give feedback for a very specific thing - piracy.

Someone I know said "Report it to Apple! Report it for promoting illegally obtained/pirated content." I want to report it, but Apple has no way for people to mass-report an illegal app and they're obviously ignoring the American comics and manga companies who probably tried to get it taken down in the past as this has been listed alongside other legal apps for over at least 1 year.

Also tagged @applesupport on Twitter but they ignored it of course...
