How can you add an album description?

I have two releases currently on Apple Music and other outlets, and I am soon going to be posting another. I was just wondering if there was any possible way to add one of these “album descriptions”.

I am not concerned with any other outlets besides Apple Music. I currently use DistroKid to distribute my music and they do not provide this feature.
