I just have reset my iphone 5 but can't open it again with my Apple-id. i used the correct Apple-id on the screen but the error message: cannot be used to unlock the iphone.
what can i do? thank you for all the help

Are you sure that you used the Apple ID you are trying to unlock with to activate this iPhone?
If the message said that the email you're using cannot be used to unlock the phone, then what you're entering is incorrect. Enter the correct information to remove activation lock.
yes, it says appeal ID cxxxxxxxxxo@gmail.com. So I log in with the same email. I've also been to appleid.apple.com/account/manage to remove all the devicves that were there. I also changed the password but it didn't help
