MacBook Pro retina early 2015 graphics issue

Hello

I am facing an issue with my MacBook Pro retina 13inchea early 2015 running macOs 10.14.6.

Randomly, the screen gets stuck and displays grey lines (see pictures attached) and even after restarts and PRAM resets with Option Command P R, same issue persists.

I don’t know whether this is a screen or graphics issue. My graphics card is a Intel Iris Graphics 6100.

Is this a known issue?

Hi,

You'd better contact Apple support or make Genius Bar reservation to tell them about screen issue.

I think it's a hardware related issue.
