I am unable to unsubscribe to an app

I am unable to unsubscribe to an app My child downloaded. The app is auto renewing every week.

I also suspect the app is being used for phishing....

Why can't you unsubscribe : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support ? Does it show there ?
