netflix change countries

I recently changed my country on appstore/itunes, i have discontinued my netflix prior to that and now that i anm in the new country, i have updated my billing info and wanted to continue my subscription however i could no longer find netflix on my subscriptions, my manage subscriptions is empty. I could not subscribe as my account still exists but in a different country which i can no longer use to pay for it as the banking info no longer exists. makes sense?
