I cannot do any purchases, because my card for payment has expire. I tried to change, but keep on saying that for family sharing at least one card need to be validated. I try to validate, but cannot do it. I cannot even remove to put other card details in.

Try adding the new card and removing the old one via https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage
