My Ipad was Disabled because I forgot my password.

My Ipad was blocked because I forgot my password and I guessed a lot so it was disabled. Even if I connect it to the computer the I-Tunes cant access the Ipad. I never did backup before. I never synchronized it before with the computer. How do I solve this problem? Please help me!

Does the computer your were using meeting the requirements for the iPad?

Mac system requirements
Mac computer with USB 2.0 port
Mac OS X v10.5.8 or later

PC with USB 2.0 port

If you had teh option to wipe the iPad if the wrong password was typed in 10 times, AND you didnt do a backup, then your done for. Have to start from scratch. The not recognizing your iPad at all? See the previous posters system requirements.

For anyone else reading this post:
Even if you activate your iPad in the store, PLEASE back it up when you get home and, even if its not necessary due to how good the ipad is, Back it up REGULARLY. If its not too important of information, once a week. Work stuff, more often.

I live in Brazil so there is no apple store to support the Ipad here. So no one can help me here. We just want to be able to use the Ipad again. I dont really mind about the memory. We never have backed it up before. And all the requirements have been met so it cant be solved that way.

The apple support phone number for Brazil is 0800-761-0880 and the Brazil specific support web site is www.apple.com/br/suporte/ I would think that would be your next step.

There's nothing anyone can do for you. You need to reactivate your iPad by connecting it to iTunes. Everything you had on your iPad is now gone.

Your iPad will still work, but it'll be like a brand new one.

i have i simular problem i forgot thr password so many times i told me to connect to itunes but when i did, itunes has a pop up alert saying i cant use itunes with this ipad unless i put the password in but the i pad still says connect to itunes

help please ?
