Apple Watch (series 2) Lost pixels

I am losing Pixels in the upper left hand corner of my Apple Watch. Is there anything I can doing about it?

Apple Watch complications are not working I got my watchl Last Thursday. I was having with data which Apple support help me resolve. Third party apps were interfering with data. Oh, I was also having problems with complications, not loading. This started after an update I forget what day maybe Sunday. I have tried a bunch of things, and complications don’t blow away they are supposed to. my apple watch is glitching, like somebody is touching and using it without touching it my apple watch is glitching as if somebody is touching it, i can not control it at all. i have tried resetting it and its still doing it, what can i do ?

What do I need to do when all the watch shows is a bubble with three dots and the word manage underneath? What do I need to do to get my Apple Watch to work? When I took it off last night and put it on the charger, the screen showed a circle with three dots and underneath the word manage. I could not get it to do anything last night and this morning after charging all night it still shows the same thing.

Reset your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both. If that doesn't correct it, I suggest you make an appointment with an Apple store Genius Bar.....https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/
