I lost my notes!

Hi everyone! This morning I did a backup and restore on my iPhone6s and everything was okay until now, when I noticed that all my notes were gone. I had them saved on my iCloud account too, but they are no longer available there as well. Can anyone help me please? I honestly don't understant what's happened. I had some very important files saved on my notes and I CAN'T lose those. Thanks to anyone who will help me!
