Chase Mobile App on Ipad

I have an IPad 4. Since the iOS update, the Chase Mobile App throws a "cannot connect to server" error and won't allow me to log in. I can access the app on my cellular network and on my iPhone se on the same Comcast wifi network. I've tried, reinstalling the app, forgetting the WiFi network and reinstalling, rebooting router and iPad multiple times. I changed the Comcast dns server. Chase App can't find server. Anyone else have this problem or have any advice?
