When I try to add a card in wallet it prompts me to an old card that I no longer have. I do not have the CVV to enter. How do I get it to permanently go away?
I have tried removing from settings and it does not exist in there. I also deleted it from iCloud devices.

I talked to support and they said there is no way to stop it from doing that. Just add a different card and it may stop at some point.
did you try to remove it in settings>Wallet & Apple Pay?

Yes and the cards that prompts for CVV is not in the list. I also removed the card from iCloud devices in case that was the issue.
I just tried that via chat-- they were completely useless and ended up telling me I'd have to call phone support.
It may stop. *sigh* I hope soon. Trying to add a travel card, but this old card prompt is preventing that from happening.
