Wrong phone name on Device Info

So it turns out that the problem was caused when syncing my Apple Watch to my new phone. I never would have discovered that if I had not also experienced a problem syncing my health data between my watch and my new phone. Once I restarted my watch, everything had the correct name. It's like the old song the knee bone's connected to the head bone, LOL.

I have already done that. My problem is not under the general settings section. It is under Apple ID Device Info where it shows my phone, right above the "find My Phone" It says my old phone name as iPhone 7 , and then underneath that it says This iPhone XR. I want the old name gone.
