Family sharing for apple music

As I click on "Set up Family sharing" and then on apple music, it ask me to "invite my family member via message". After clicking on that it says "country/region does not match. Can you please provide further assistance on how to resolve this issue?

Family member can’t use Apple Music I’m from the Philippines and my friend in Canada can’t use his Apple Music. He’s already a member of my family subscription. However, when he’s trying to browse for music, the Apple Music is charging him to subsrcibe for a plan. We’ve tried multiple attempts but to no success. Can I share with family if we use different country codes? I tried to use family sharing with my son, so he could access unlimited music. He was able to join my family sharing, but he’s still not able to access the music. Could it be because our billing countries are different?

For the Family Sharing group, all group members need to have an Apple ID for the same country or region. If one has an Apple ID for a different country, then that person cannot join the family group.
