Is MacBook Pro support third party software installation?

Yes, of course. There are third party softwares that might not install because of MacOS's limitations in downloading and installing SWs that are not in some ways "recognized" from Apple (sorry, poor English, "recognized is not the correct term). In this case you will be prompted about the "problem" and suggested to move to the Privacy System Preference and allow the installation. Be sure of the origin of the SW before allowing.
