What is option to pay for icloud space?

Is it available on Yearly basis?
Can I pay by charging the app store balance?
is there any system where I can load an amount from which it can deduct monthly expenses?

1 no, it's monthly only

2, yes, that's how I pay for mine

3, if you mean use some sort of direct debit to automatically transfer money to your iTunes account then not that I'm aware
