Also if I do not get the decision to click on my redeem when performing the transaction, what do I do?
Basically you only have one payment method. If you choose to use iTunes gift cards you shouldn't have to use a credit card method.
You can use iTunes gift cards as a payment method.
But that does not answer my second question of whether or not I will be given the option of using my gift card, I’m asking if it would prompt me to use my bank account instead
