Leviton Decora Smart Switch

Cannot connect ? Anybody have an issue ? have re-powered breaker, reset app, reset switch, deleted accessoriy. Any help ??

Whether you'll get many responses here, is dependent on whether many other people have this switch. It would make the most sense since this is a 3rd party device for you to reach out to Leviton directly for guidance.

This installation is a 3Way set-up using DH15S switch and a DDSOR-DLZ remote.

I have reached out to them, numerous e-mails, had new switches sent and installed, talked it over with my electrical engineer neighbor, gave it permission thru WiFi settings even. and same results. " Could't add Leviton Switch- XXXXX " thru HomeKit or Leviton App.


Can I delete HomeKit App and reboot, without losing all connected devices ( thermostat, Hue Bulbs, etc ) ?? and re-set all back up ?


As a note, I have one other with switch installed, DH15S-DLZ single pole application, that works awesome.

Wish i could include screenshots here, you'd see


Thank you for your help, just trying to see if anyone has ideas
