I have tried to get rid of this one website, and after I have cleared my entire browsing history, when I would type that website's name, for some reason, the website still appears out of nowhere. This must mean that it is hiding somewhere, but there is no way to clear it off. Is there a way to fully get rid of this website from the history on my iPhone?

I only type the name of the website, not the website address, when the particular address shows up; in fact, the topic is too embarrassing for me to disclose here.
I expect the particular address to not show up, yet it still does even if I cleared the browsing history.
Clarification question - if you are typing the web site address in the URL address bar, what web site do you expect to load?
