new computer
My old computer is toast. I am unable to access anything on it let alone my iTunes library. Is there any way to access my library from iTunes or am i just screwed and have to start all over again?

Try Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device - Apple Community. You should be able to recover media from any devices. Otherwise if you still have your old computer it may be possible to reclaim data from the drive even though it might not boot up.
