walkie talkie feature of my Apple Watch not working. I send an invite but my friend on a similar Apple Watch not able to see the invite, vice versa. Is Philippines one of the countries where walkie talkie not working?

Make sure all parties have the latest software updates on both their iPhones and Watches and have FaceTime activated. If it worked in the Philippines before, it should work now. I just checked and it is available in your country.
