My Face ID quit working and now it seems stuck

My Face ID quit working the other day (I’ve lost some weight and thought that had something to do with it). So I went to reset it. Now when I try to set it up when placing my face in the frame the only thing happening is it tells me to move the iPhone lower or higher. That’s it. I’ve tried several different times. It seems stuck. What can I do to fix this?

Take a look at the article below:

If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support

If you can't make it work, bring your iPhone to a Genius Bar or the nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider.
